North Port, Florida
North Port, located just south of Sarasota and north of Port Charlotte is one of the largest cities, in terms of area, in Florida. With recent development, North Port is a shining example of well-planned growth.
New developments include Heron Creek, Sabal Trace, Bobcat Trail and North Port Park of Commerce which has 140 acres of office/industrial space under development. Many of these developments include exceptional golf courses.
With the third-largest land mass for a city in the state, North Port is now the fourth fastest-growing municipality in the state and has a flourishing youth population. It offers three elementary schools, a new middle school, recently opened, and a new high school for more than 1800 students.
