In 1971 my family and I moved to Putnam County from Miami, Florida where my father owned a construction business, Haast Tamping Service.

Our initial investment in the county was a 600 acre cattle farm in Florahome. It took only a few years for us to see the evident growth in the county and for our interest to shift rapidly from farming to real estate.

As we got more and more involved in this new and exciting arena of our business, we expanded our focus to other areas in Florida as well as Georgia and North Carolina.

Because we own all of our properties, we have been able to pass along the savings to our buyers and investors and have been fortunate to help many families moved into their dream properties.
